Past Events

Due to COVID-19, we hosted an online fundraising campaign instead of an in-person event in 2020. Thank you to everyone who supported us during this difficult time!

This was our most successful fundraiser to date. We sold out weeks before the event and raised over $12,000. Thank you to everyone to help to organize, volunteered during it, and added this great evening. Our deep gratitude to our event sponsors Active Business Solutions, Smith Hutchison Law Corporation, Chris Considine & Company, Cascadia Architects, Island Temperature Control, KB Design, Mulligan Defense Lawyers, Pearlman Lindholm, Rosemarie Colterman Realty, Baggins, Designer Shoe Warehouse, John Fluevog, Heart + Sole, The Collective Wine Bar & Kitchen, Toque Catering, and Phillips Brewing & Malting Co, as well as all the local businesses, artists, and creators who donated items to our silent auction.

"The support and leadership provided by RJV throughout a very challenging period for us was remarkable. From our first contact with RJV through to the natural resolution, the process was conducted professionally and in a very considerate manner. We truly felt our needs were supported and at no time during the process did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Thank you for your support and service to the community!"

RJV & Covid-19

We are continuing to offer our restorative justice services during this time. We are also taking new referrals.

Depending on the circumstances and the comfort levels of everyone involved, we are working with clients through online conferencing, phone meetings, and/or in-person. We are following all the BC Government guidelines to minimize risk during in-person meetings, and can explore various options with clients on a case-by-case basis. Our staff are continuing to work at home and in the office. If you would like to contact us, email us at office@rjvictoria.com or leave a voicemail at (250) 383-5801 and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

The safety of our clients, volunteers, and staff is paramount. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about how your case might proceed with our health and safety processes in place. We hope that you are doing well during this challenging time.

Our work during the pandemic is supported by the Government of Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund and the Victoria Foundation’s Community Recovery Program Grant.
